We are a web design and Webflow development studio based in Spain. This policy applies to all visitors to our Website, with particular attention to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), where GDPR applies. It also covers the rights of users in other jurisdictions, including California.

2.3 Session Storage
We use the browser’s sessionStorage API to remember whether you have already seen our page-load animation during your current browsing session. This data is stored locally in your browser, is never transmitted to our servers, and is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.

For users in the EEA, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Contact form submissions and Google Analytics tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time.

• Webflow, Inc. (Website hosting): Our Website is hosted on Webflow’s infrastructure. Contact form submissions are initially handled through Webflow’s servers.

7. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected (i.e., evaluating and conducting a potential collaboration), and for no longer than 3 years after our last interaction.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
8. International Data Transfers
Red Pixel Lab is based in Spain (EU). Some of our third-party service providers (Google, Webflow) are based in the United States. Where we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our Website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
